CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
1. Ignition switch
2. IG. METER fuse
3. Glow plug control relay
4. ECM
5. Glow plug
6. Main fuse
7. Generator
8. Battery
ITEM DTC DETECTING CONDITION
Glow plug relay control malfunction.
(Glow plug relay feedback voltage is low when
E92-29 terminal on ECM output voltage is low.)

DTC No.23 Glow plug relay control circuit open or short
Glow plug relay control malfunction.
(Glow plug relay feedback voltage is high when
DTC No.32
E92-29 terminal on ECM output voltage is high.)
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1) Clear DTC, start engine and keep it at idle for 1 min.
2) Select "DTC" mode on scan tool and check DTC.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
D "Bl" circuit short to ground.
D Glow plug relay malfunction.
D Glow plug relay C57-1, C58-3 terminal circuit
open or short to ground.
D Glow plug relay C57-2 terminal circuit short to
ground.
D "B/R" circuit open or short to ground.
D "Bl" circuit short to power supply.
D Glow plug relay malfunction.
D Glow plug relay C57-2 terminal circuit short to
power supply.
