Troubleshooting and Tips
Light Path Diagnostic LEDs
The following table describes the LEDs on the LED card and suggested actions
to correct the detected problems.
Lit LED on

Error Controls and Indicators
Action
No action necessary.
Ê Use 220 V AC instead of 110 V
AC.
Ê Replace failed power supply
(see page 110).
Ê Remove optional devices from
the server until LED is no longer
lit.
Ê If the error persists, call for
service.
Ê Reinstall the removed power
supply.
Ê Check the individual power-
supply LEDs to find the failing
power supply.
Ê If the error persists, call for
service.
If a 12 V fault has occurred,

AC power must be removed
before DC power can be
restored.
