Cisco ISA500 Series Integrated Security Appliance Administrator Guide
Use the Device Properties page to configure the host name and domain name to
identify your security appliance on the network.
Click Device Management -> Device Properties.
The Device Properties window opens.
Enter the following information:
Host Name: Enter the host name of your security appliance, which is
displayed on the network to identify your device.
Domain Name: Enter an unique domain name to identify your network.
Click Save to apply your settings.
Use the Debug Setting page to enable the SSH version 2 server for debugging
purposes.
Click Device Management -> Debug Setting.
The Debug Setting window opens.
Click On to enable the SSH version 2 server for debugging, or click Off to disable
it.
This feature allows the engineers to use an unique console root password to log
into the security appliance for debugging operation. The root password expires in
24 hours, so you need to ask for a new password once it expires.
To set the root password for remote support, enter the password in the Remote
Support Password field.
Click Save to apply your settings.
