Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Lower the control board bracket
(See page 4-50).
2.
Remove one 1/4" hex head screw and
loosen the second one that attach the relay
to the collar.
3.
Slide the relay out from under the second
screw.
4.
Remove the wire connectors and the relay.
5.
Repeat this procedure for the other relay.

TECH TiP: To determine which dryer pocket
the motor relay is for, look for the white
tracer stripe on the blue wire, this will be
for the lower dryer pocket. Motor relays
are only in stack dryers. Follow the same
procedure to remove the heater relays.

Lower the control board bracket
(See page 4-50).
2.
Remove the star head screws that secure
the line filter to the back wall of the collar.
3.
Slide the line filter to release four tabs.
4.
Disconnect two wire connectors and remove
the line filter.
TECH TiP: A line filter is only used in stack
dryers and may or may not be present.
It is used to filter out line noise from the
incoming power line for both the upper and
lower dryers.
