Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.

Remove lower service panel
(See page 4-21).

Remove four wire connectors from the high
temp thermostat and bias heater.

Remove two 1/4" hex head screws that
secure the thermostat to the top of the
blower housing.

The smaller center terminals are for the bias
heater within the thermostat which allows
the dryer to run at medium temperature.
NOTE: These screws are very short so
as not to protrude into the blower housing
where they could catch lint.
