When set to two stage heat pump (Sw2 = ON), this value sets the span for the
3rd stage heating.
S3 = 1: 0.5

SU = 10 SMART UPSTAGE
When the room temperature is far enough from the set temperature to call
extra heating and cooling stages, the thermostat will wait the minimum
SU = time value before bringing on extra stages. This delay provides time for
the thermostat to determine whether additional stages are needed or if the
current stages will bring the room to setpoint in a reasonable period of time.
Adjustable in minutes 1 - 16, OFF.
