Assembly

The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
To assemble machine:
1.
Remove pre-installed T-bolt, lock nut, and flat
washers (shown in Figure 14), then attach
feed lever assembly to machine with same
fasteners (see Figure 14).

2. Remove pre-installed vise mounting cap
screws and washer (shown in Figure 15),
and then position vise assembly on vise
mount and secure it to machine with same
fasteners (see Figure 15).

3.
Slide spark trap into grooves on right side of
machine, as shown in Figure 16.
