Assembly

The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
To assemble machine:
Remove rear cabinet panel (see Figure 14).

Attach pedal assembly to right side of cabinet

with (1) M8-1.25 x 50 hex bolt and 8mm flat
washer pre-installed on pedal assembly (see
Figure 15).

Secure pedal assembly using (2) M10-1.5 x

55 hex bolts, 10mm flat washers, and M10-
1.5 hex nuts pre-installed on pedal assembly
(see Figure 16).

Remove (2) M10-1.5 x 25 cap screws, 10mm

lock washers, and 10mm flat washers secur-
ing control panel pedestal to infeed table (see
Figure 17).
Rotate control panel pedestal upright and

secure with fasteners removed in Step 4 (see
Figure 17).
Note: Be careful not to damage control panel
cord during installation.
