5.6.2 Disassemble the high pressure pump

Note
This procedure must be performed on both sides.
Preliminary tasks:
Remove the high pressure pump.
1 High-pressure pump
2 Fastening screw
Unscrew the fastening screws of the pump head.
Remove the pump head.
1 Pump cylinder
2 Suction valve
3 Pump head
4 Seal
5 Pressure valve
6 Washer ring
Check the suction and pressure valves for wear
and tear / damage.
Remove the pump cylinder.
1 Piston rod
2 Pump casing
3 Piston guide
Check the piston rod and the piston guide for wear
and tear / damage.
1 Seal
2 Pump cylinder
Remove and dispose of the seals in the pump cyl-
inder.
Please observe the installation sequence.
