11 Maintenance Instructions
• Remove flue gas baffle plates from secondary heat
exchanger from the front (Fig. 39).
• Remove the screws from the lower rear panel
at the lower back of the boiler. Remove this panel
(Fig. 40).
• Remove tension spring assembly below vent
connection, lift the insulation upward to expose
clean-out cover, and fasten with springs as shown
(Fig. 40).
• Remove clean-out covers from back section and
flue gas collector.
• The required brushes necessary for cleaning are
as shown (Fig. 41).
