Confi rm the setting:
11 Turn the key switch to platform control.
12 Lift the test weight off the platform fl oor using a
suitable lifting device.
13 Place the test weight back onto the platform
fl oor using a suitable lifting device.
Result: The platform overload indicator light
should be off at both the ground and platform
controls.
14 Add an additional 44 lbs / 20 kg of weight to
overload the platform.
Result: The platform overload indicator light
should be fl ashing at both the ground and
platform controls.
15 Test all machine functions from the platform
controls.
Result: All platform control functions should not
operate.
16 Turn the key switch to ground control.
17 Test all machine functions from the ground
controls.
Result: All ground control functions should not
operate.
