From a planning perspective, your
selection process is made easier by
the three different sizes you have to
choose from. The 30" (762) and 36"
(914) framed electric cooktops are
available in three trim finishes –
classic, platinum and carbon stainless
steel. The 15" (381) cooktop is avail-
able with classic stainless steel trim
only.
Space Requirements
The illustrations of the three different
size cooktops give you overall dimen-
sions, while the finished cut-out
dimensions you need to incorporate
into your plans are shown in the illus-
trations on the following pages.
A Wolf single 30" (762) or 36" (914)
built-in oven may be installed below
these cooktops. Refer to the illustra-
tions on the following pages for
specifics on cut-out dimensions and
placement of electrical. Also, be
aware of the depth of the cooktop
when planning for this installation.
Dimensions in parentheses are in millimeters unless otherwise specified.

Wolf framed electric cooktops are

designed and agency approved for
installation with Wolf built-in ovens
only. The cooktop nominal width
CT30E/S
should match the built-in oven
CT30E/P
nominal width.

Refer to the installation instructions
shipped with each Wolf product for
CT36E/S
detailed specifications.
CT36E/P
CT36E/B
These cooktops can accommodate
the Wolf downdraft system, a Wolf
chimney or Pro Series hood. When
installing a ventilation hood, refer to
the specific requirements of the hood
for the minimum dimension to
cooking surface. Refer to pages 60-82
for ventilation specifics.
Electrical Requirements
The electrical requirements vary with
the size of the framed electric
cooktop. Refer to the requirements
for your specific model on the follow-
ing pages.
You must follow all National Electrical
Code regulations. In addition, be
aware of local codes and ordinances
when installing your service.
