H9696: resets the converter.
 As the converter is reset at the start of communication by the
computer, the converter cannot send reply data back to the
HFD computer.
H9966: resets the converter.
 When data is sent normally, ACK is returned to the computer,
and then the converter is reset.
HF4 H9696: clears the faults history as a batch.
