Bread dough making

Through the making of
bread dough, you can also
make croissants (P. EN44),
bagels (P. EN45) and other
various flavored bread.
Preparations
Install blade in the bread pan.
Add flour, water and other ingredients (except instant dry yeast) in the bread pan.

Put the bread pan into the main body and place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.
Ingredients
Bread dough
280 g
High-gluten flour
50 g
Butter
24 g (2 tbsp)
Granulated sugar
12 g (2 tbsp)
Milk powder
5 g (1 tsp)
Salt
25 g
Egg (evenly mixed)
160 g (mL)
Water*
2.8 g (1 tsp)
Instant dry yeast
* Use cold water at a temperature of about 5
when the room temperature is over 25

Take out the dough right away.
* If you leave it in the bread pan, fermentation will proceed
further.
* Changing the ratio of dough ingredients may slow down
the fermentation process. (P. EN66)
