General Ethernet interface and subinterface
configuration commands

bandwidth

Use bandwidth to set the intended bandwidth for an Ethernet interface.
Use undo bandwidth to cancel the configuration.

bandwidth bandwidth-value
undo bandwidth

Parameters
bandwidth-value: Sets the intended bandwidth, in the range of 1 to 4,294,967,295 kbps.
Usage guidelines
You can obtain the intended bandwidth of an interface by querying the ifspeed value of the MIB node
with third-party software.
The intended bandwidth is used by network management systems for monitoring bandwidth, but does
not affect the actual bandwidth of the interface.
Examples
# Set the intended bandwidth to 10,000 kbps for interface GigabitEthernet 1/0/1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface gigabitethernet 1/0/1
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet1/0/1] bandwidth 10000

combo enable

Use combo enable to activate the copper or fiber combo port.
Syntax
combo enable { copper | fiber }
Default
The copper combo port is activated.
