No display
No ringing
No change in time and date

Cannot mute handset by long

Cannot switch off handset by long
pressing On-hook.

The battery level is low or the
handset is defective.
Sound off is on, or ringer volume
set to silent, or the handset is
defective.
PBX dependent.
A handset restriction preventing
the user to silence the handset.

the user to switch off the handset.
