User Settings

To enter user settings,
weight, height, date of
birth, and gender , start in TIME mode, press
START and select Menu USER SET
> Weight KILOGRAMS/POUNDS
> or > enter your height.
Height CM FT/INCH
> Birthday DD.MM.YY or MM.DD.YY
of birth.
> Set SEX . Select MALE or
> User set COMPLETED is visible for a few seconds
before the display returns to the previous menu.
To go back to a previous menu at any time, press
STOP.
To return to TIME mode at any time, press and
hold the STOP button.
