Troubleshooting
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
Caution connectors, or parts may be damaged.
Push and hold the RESET
button on the outdoor unit
PCB for 5 seconds.
Does the
malfunction occur
again?
YES
Check the indoor unit - BP
unit connection wires.
Is there any wiring
error?
NO
Is service
monitor on the
indoor unit PCB
blinking?
Blink
Check the HAP on the outdoor
unit.
Continuously ON or OFF
Is HAP blinking?
Blink
Check the voltage of the
indoor unit - BP unit
connection wires between No.
1 and No. 2, and between No
2 and No. 3.
Is the voltage 0 V?
NO
Check No. 11
Check power supply
waveform.
Is there any
disturbance?
YES
Troubleshooting for Branch Provider (BP) Unit

Continuously ON or OFF
Turn the power off and then
on again.
Is service
monitor on the
indoor unit PCB
blinking?
Blink
Turn the power off and then
on again.
Is HAP blinking?

connection wires.
