Preventative Maintenance Schedule
The operating conditions of your particular system
determine how often maintenance is required.
Establish a preventive maintenance schedule by
recording when and what kind of maintenance is
needed, and then determine a regular schedule for
checking your system.
Proportioner Maintenance
Wet Cup
Check the wet cup daily. Keep it 2/3 full with Graco
Throat Seal Liquid (TSL
not overtighten packing nut/wet cup.
Packing Nuts
Do not overtighten packing nut/wet cup. Throat u-cup
is not adjustable.
Fluid Inlet Strainer Screens
Inspect fluid inlet strainer screens daily, see

Moisture
To prevent crystallization, do not expose component
A to moisture in air.
Gun Mix Chamber Ports
Clean gun mix chamber ports regularly. See gun
manual.
Gun Check Valve Screens
Clean gun check valve screens regularly. See gun
manual.
Dust Protection
Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to prevent
dust buildup on control modules, fans, and motor
(under shield).
Vent Holes
Keep vent holes on bottom of electrical cabinet open.
