Adjusting Output Video

You can adjust the output video to match the
equipment receiving the output from the V-1SDI.

5 You can output a color bar, useful for adjusting the
image quality of a display. Go to the SETUP menu, and at
SYSTEM (page 16/16), set "COLOR BAR OUTPUT" to "ON. "

Display the SETUP menu (p. 12), then select a
menu item.
You use the following menu items to adjust the
output video.
VIDEO OUTPUT (page 3/16)
Menu item
Explanation
This sets the mapping structure for
3G-SDI MAPPING
3G-SDI output.
This sets the color space for HDMI
COLOR SPACE
output.
This sets the output mode for HDMI
DVI-D/HDMI
output.

Explanation
CONTRAST (*2)
This adjusts the contrast.
SATURATION (*2) This adjusts the saturation.
BRIGHTNESS (*2)
This adjusts the brightness.
(*2) These settings are shared by HDMI output (the
MULTI-VIEW connector) and SDI output (the PGM
and PVW connectors).

Use the A/B fader to adjust the output video.
* The settings for the following menu items are applied
by pressing the [DSK] (
without applying the setting, the setting returns to its
original value, with no change applied.

You can adjust image quality and set the EDID value
for video input via HDMI IN 4.

Explanation
SCALING TYPE
This sets the scaling type.
This adjusts the display position in the
H. POSITION
horizontal direction.
This adjusts the display position in the
V. POSITION
vertical direction.
ZOOM
This sets the zoom ratio.
CONTRAST
This adjusts the contrast.
SATURATION
This adjusts the saturation.
BRIGHTNESS
This adjusts the brightness.
FLICK FILTER
This reduces fricker.
EDID
This sets the EDID value.
