Using a Headset (optional):
1. While the phone is ringing, press the HEADSET button on the bottom-right of the phone.

Accepting a Second Call

Using the Handset:
1. When you hear the call waiting tone through the handset, press the Ans softkey on the
bottom of the screen. The first party is put on hold, and you are connected to the second
call through the handset (Figure 5-14).
2. To return to the first call, press the Line 1 key on the left side of the screen. Press the Line 2
key to return to the second call.
3. When finished speaking to the second party, go on-hook to disconnect the call, and then
press the Res softkey at the bottom of the screen to return to the first call (Figure 5-15).
