Signing Out

When going to lunch, leaving for the day, etc., you need to sign out of your queues. To do this, press
the More softkey at the bottom of the screen once, and then press the ASOt softkey at the bottom
of the screen to sign out. It does not matter whether there is still a call in progress on the Polycom
VVX 201 phone when you do this (Figure 6-13).

After signing out of the queue, the icon to the left of the extension changes to reflect the new
status, and the Agent State no longer displays in the upper-right corner of the screen (Figure 6-15).
