6. Select HTTP in the Server Type drop-down list at the top of the screen (Figure 3-19).

7. Enter dc.nextiva.com/ucvvx201/ in the Server Address text box and set Tag SN to UA to
Enabled. It is not necessary to edit any of the other fields on this screen (Figure 3-20).
