This is the MD5 hash of the password that must be
entered after the Mute button is pushed to enter a
manual key command. Note that this password must be
saved in flash after a value has been received from the
MGC so it can be enforced on subsequent reboots. It is
not cleared by the CLEAR command nor the clear step
in the SETUP command.
