PCI-E Slot SMB Enable/Disable
Use Jumpers I
SMB (System Management Bus) support
to improve system management for the
onboard PCI-E slot. See the table on the
right for jumper settings.
Watch Dog Timer Reset
The Watch Dog Timer (JWD1) is a sys-
tem monitor that can reboot the system
when a software application hangs.
Close Pins 1-2 to reset the system if
an application hangs. Close Pins 2-3 to
generate a non-maskable interrupt sig-
nal for the application that hangs. See
the table on the right for jumper settings.
Watch Dog must also be enabled in the
BIOS.
LAN Port Enable/Disable
JPL1 is used to enable or disable the
LAN Ports on the motherboard. See the
table on the right for jumper settings.
The default setting is enabled.
