ŠKODA Connect
Service packageŠKODA Connect
The ŠKODA Connect Online Services are an extension of the vehicle functions
and infotainment and include the following service packages.
Care Connect
This package includes the following services.
▶ Emergency call.
▶ Proactive service offering to connect to your dealer.
Remote access to the vehicle for vehicle remote management.

The Care ConnectServices enable information / breakdown / emergency, the
transmission of information concerning the vehicle condition to the selected
service partner or to control some vehicle functions by means of installed in
the mobile phone ŠKODA Connect-Application.
In order for the Care Connect services to work, a mobile network must be
available.
infotainment online
The infotainment online services are an extension of the functions of the Inter-
net-based infotainment (e.g. the weather forecast, the petrol station search
with information regarding fuel prices, traffic information, etc.).

Terms of use and availability of services
Current "Conditions for the use of the user account" incl. "Declaration on
the protection of personal data" can be found in the user profile on the
ŠKODA Connect Portal website» page
Availability of services is dependent on the type of ŠKODA vehicle and on the
type of Infotainment system the vehicle has been outfitted with. Some serv-
ices are available only in certain countries.
The availability of the services listed always refers to the respective period of
validity of the contract. During this interim period of validity, content changes
of these services are possible.

Information about the Online Services, access to ŠKODA Connect Portal as
well as the option to download the ŠKODA Connect App mobile application
are available on the ŠKODA Connect website. This can be done by scanning

Therefore, changes in the procedure for registration and activation of the On-
line Services Anytime are possible at any time.
