What to do When a Message is Displayed

If an error occurs with the printer (it is not working properly), the large alert lamp and/or control panel light lights
and a message is displayed on the screen informing you of the problem.
The messages displayed are described in the following section. If you encounter an error message, refer to the
solutions listed here and perform the necessary steps to fix the problem.

Replace ink cartridge.

Please use genuine Epson ink
cartridges.

reinstalling the ink cartridge, replace it with a new one (do not reinstall the ink
