Definition
Authorised users and the current intercept position (day or night) can use a code or key to override a
call in progress at an internal extension.
The participating extensions are notified of the call override/intrusion by an alerting tone and a screen
display.

partner is entered as a data extension (voice channel signalling security),
or if the called party is dialling a number.
You cannot override if all extensions are busy when placing a call to a
group or a hunt group.
