(1) Perform the following using Storage Management Software:

(2) Confirm whether it falls under a limit in the use of RAID Manager. See Table 2.5.2 -3.
(3) In case of using VMware Guest to Guest Backup (FC) function, VSS Provider may be
used from the multiple virtual machines on the same ESXi at the same time. This error is
output due to an occurrence of IO conflict between instances depending on the timing of
process request to the disk array system. To continue the process after the retry, ignore this
error after the successful backup. If the backup has failed, change "The number of VSSHP
retries" in the setup file and execute again.
