An Expansion KSU can support PIOU, PIOUS and PEPU PCBs
options).
PIOU or PIOUS
The PIOU/PIOUS provides one dedicated RS-232 port for Station Message Detail Recording
(SMDR) connection to a call accounting device and one of the following:
a TTY/RS-232 port which can be connected to a customer-provided external modem
for remote maintenance, or to a local PC with DK Admin or for ACD MIS.
connectors for an internal modem (IMDU) for remote maintenance and administration.

Amplified page output (single zone, 3 watts) on the PIOU, PEPU is not available on the DK40.
