Troubleshooting
Touch Continue to clear the message without printing. Held faxes will attempt to print after the printer has been
restarted.
Reattach bin [x]
Try one or more of the following:
• Turn the printer off and then back on.
•
Reattach the specified bin:
1
Turn the printer off.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3
Remove the specified bin.
4
Reattach the bin.
5
Connect the power cord to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
6
Turn the printer back on.
• Remove the specified bin:
1
Turn the printer off.
2
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3
Remove the specified bin.
4
Contact Customer Support.

Touch Continue to clear the message and print without using the specified bin.
