Deleting an event

Procedure
1. Tap the Calendar app.
The Collaboration Station displays the Calendar screen.
2. Tap the appointment that you want to delete.
The Collaboration Station displays a window with the appointment details.
3. Tap Delete on the upper-right corner of the window.
The Collaboration Station displays the confirmation dialog box.

Specifies the end date and time of the event.
Specifies an all day event.
Specifies the time zone.
Specifies the attendees.
Specifies the event description.
Specifies the frequency of the event.
Specifies reminder time and notification type.
Specifies your availability for the event. Select one of the following options:
• Busy
• Available
• Tentative
Specifies the event privacy options. Select one of the following options:
• Default
• Private
• Public
