Description
Any remote call control request, such as the request sent
through a shared control client, that instructs the phone to
go off-hook mutes the outgoing audio and requires a local
unmute.
You can gain access to CC Elite features through a shared
control client registered with the same Address of Record
(AOR).
This release aligns the 9601 SIP deskphone with the latest
SIP 96x1 Deskphone software.
The 9601 SIP deskphone supports the following features
with the mentioned limitations:
Advanced Conferencing with Avaya Aura

Conferencing 7.x: Conference details screen is not
provided.
WML Browser: The image rendering is not supported

on the browser.
The following features are not supported on the 9601 SIP
deskphone:
Call Center Elite features
