Changing and Deleting Registration Contents

Use the procedure below to change or delete registration contents.

Entering Forwarding Destination Directly

[▲] [▼] key > [Register] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Address Entry] > [OK] key

[FAX], [E-mail], [Folder(SMB)] or [Folder(FTP)] > [OK] key

Enter the address to be registered as a forwarding destination.

Select the [OK] key.
Display the screen.

[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Reception] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Forward Settings] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Forward Dest.] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Confirmation] > [OK] key

Check the destination you want to change.

Select the [OK] key.
Edit or delete the destination.
To edit the destination

[▲] [▼] key > [Detail/Edit] > [OK] key

Repeat the entry of the forwarding destination information.

Select the [OK] key.
To delete
[▲] [▼] key > [Delete] > [OK] key > [Yes]
