Local FAX Number

Enter the local fax number to be printed on the fax on the receiving system.

Local FAX ID

Enter the local fax ID. The local fax ID can limit other parties with which you can communicate. The Local FAX ID is used
for transmission limit purposes.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Transmission] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Local FAX Number] > [OK] key

Enter the local fax number.
NOTE
Up to 20 digits can be entered as the local fax number.
Use the numeric keys to enter a number.
Select the [*/.] keys on numeric keys to enter "+".

Select the [OK] key.
Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [FAX] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Transmission] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Local FAX ID] > [OK] key

Enter the local FAX ID number.
NOTE
Up to four-digit number can be entered.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key or the numeric keys to enter a number.
