900 number. To receive immediate support from an IBM
PC HelpCenter technical support representative you can
call the 900 number. Your local telephone company will
bill you by the minute for each call. Persons under age
18 must have permission of a parent or legal guardian
prior to placing the call.

Flat rate. You may call the 919 number to purchase
support for a single incident or multiple incidents.
Single incident. The single incident option allows you to
pay a flat fee for each individual problem you need to
resolve. This option is payable only by credit card.
