Instrumentation and Controls
Press and hold the Stabilitrak
button for more than five seconds
to turn off Stabilitrak and part of
the traction control system.
The button is located on the
instrument panel to the right of
the sound system.

When the system is turned off,
the Stabilitrak Indicator light will
turn on and STABILITRAK OFF
(Stabilitrak off) will appear in the
Driver Information Center display.
The vehicle will still have
brake-traction control when
Stabilitrak is off, but the engine
speed management system will be
disabled.
To return the system to its normal
operating mode, press the button
again.
Stabilitrak may also turn off auto-
matically if a problem is detected
within the system.
If the problem does not clear itself
after restarting the vehicle, see
your dealer for service.
