PREPARING THE MACHINE BEFORE
INSTALLING THE HOOP
1. Turn hand wheel toward you until needle comes to its
highest position.
ATTACHING AND REMOVING
EMBROIDERY HOOP
1. Raise presser foot and needle, and push up lever (A) of
embroidery foot with your finger and pass embroidery hoop
under it.
 To remove, pull the hoop forward to slide it out from
underneath the embroidery foot.
2. Attach hoop to embroidery unit by aligning hoop mounting
screws (D) and the grooves in hoop mounting plate, fitting
projections (C) on hoop bracket into square holes (B) in
hoop mounting plate. Securely tighten hoop mounting
screws (D) with screwdriver.
 To remove, loosen hoop mounting screws (D) and remove
the hoop from the hoop bracket.
NOTE: Before attaching small hoop, turn on power switch to
move the carriage to embroidering standby position.
PRÉPARATION DE LA MACHINE AVANT
D'INSTALLER LE CERCEAU
1. Tournez le volant jusqu'à ce que l'aiguille soit à sa position
la plus haute.
FIXATION ET RETRAIT DU CERCEAU DE
BRODERIE
1. Élevez le pied presseur et l'aiguille et poussez le levier (A)
du pied broderie vers le haut avec le doigt, et passez le
cerceau de broderie sous le pied.
 Pour le retirer, tirez le cerceau vers l'avant pour le faire
glisser vers l'extérieur d'en-dessous du pied broderie.
2. Fixez le cerceau sur l'unité de broderie en alignant les vis
de montage du cerceau (D) et les rainures dans la plaque
de montage du cerceau, en plaçant les extensions (C)
sur le support du cerceau dans les trous carrés (B) de la
plaque de montage du cerceau. Serrez fermement les vis
de montage du cerceau (D) à l'aide d'un tournevis.
 Pour le retrait, desserrez les vis de montage du cerceau (D)
et retirez le cerceau du support du cerceau.
REMARQUE: Av a n t d e f i x e r l e p e t i t c e r c e a u , m e t t e z
l'interrupteur d'alimentation sur la position de
marche pour placer le chariot sur la position
d'attente de broderie.
