Touch the buttons for the desired settings.
– To permit the operation to be performed, touch [Allow].
– To prohibit the operation to be performed, touch [Restrict].

The default function permissions are set.

Touch [Public User Key], and then touch either [Display] or [Do Not Dis-
play].
This machine is set to display [Public User Access].
Note
To limit machine use by authorized users, specify settings in the User
Registration screen.
