Although the explanation here covers the procedure for sending a one-sided document using the basic procedure, various functions are available for each step of the procedure to make sending facsimiles even more convenient.

    Transmission Canceling Transmission The specific procedure for canceling transmission depends on whether com- munication is in progress or a document to be sent has been reserved. With the FK-502, transmission instructions and images stored in memory are re- ferred to as reserved jobs. Jobs reserved for communication and jobs cur- rently being processed are simultaneously displayed on the Job List screen.
