Open the Front Cover, pull out the Drum Unit completely and remove
the jammed paper.

• Check if the paper is jammed around the removed drum unit. If jammed, remove it.

reconnect it.
Correct catching of the registration rear
actuator.
Check the sensor performance following
the procedure described in
Operational Check (Function code 32)" in
Chapter 6. If any problem occurs, replace
the high voltage power supply PCB ASSY.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
