Registering One-touch Dial
To register a FAX number to a one-touch key (1-12).
1. Press the or key to select [51.1-Touch].
2. Press a one-touch key to which a FAX number to
be registered.
3. Enter a destination name using the numeric keys
and press the OK key.
4. Enter a destination FAX number and press the OK
key. The display returns to the ready screen.
Registering Speed Dial
To register a FAX number to a speed dial (00-99).
1. Press the or key to select [52.Speed Dial].
2. Enter 2-digit speed dial (00-99) to which a FAX
number to be registered.
3. Enter a destination name using the numeric keys
and press the OK key.
4. Enter a destination FAX number and press the OK
key. The display returns to the ready screen.
Registering Group Dial
Registers a group dial to a one-touch key (1-6).
1. Press the or key to select [53.Group Dial].
2. Press a one-touch key (1-6) to which a group dial to
be registered.
3. Press the or key to display [Add], and press
the OK key.
4. Display the destination to be added as a member,
and press the OK key. The destination is added as
a member.
5. Press the Cancel key to complete registering.
Fax Reject Setting
The facsimile can reject fax sent from specified party.
Parties without registering their FAX number can be all
rejected (Reject No Registration Setting).
1. Press the or key to select [54.Reject Fax].
2. Press the or key to display [Add], and press
the OK key.
3. Enter the FAX number to reject using the numeric
keys and press the OK key. The number is added
to the list.
4. Press the Cancel key to complete registering.
Reject No Registration Setting (Reject in case FAX num-
ber is not registered)
1. Press the or key to display [Reject Blank ID],
and press the OK key.
2. Press the or key to select [On] or [Off], and
press the OK key. The display returns to the ready
screen.
