Speaker Volume Setting
Selects the speaker volume when the On-Hook key is
pressed, or during communication.
1. Press the or key to select [49.SPKR Volume].
2. Press the or key to select [Off], [Low], [Mid] or
[High] and press the OK key. The display returns to
the ready screen.
Reception Record
Adds reception report (reception date, sender's FAX
number, job number or number of pages to be received)
to the received document.
1. Press the or key to select [413.Footer].
2. Press the or key to select [On] or [Off] and
press the OK key. The display returns to the ready
screen.
Memory Forwarding
The facsimile stores received document into memory,
and then forwards it to the registered destination.
1. Press the or key to select [414.Forward Tx].
2. Enter the FAX number of the forwarding destination
using the numeric keys and press the OK key.
3. Press the or key to select [On] or [Off], and
press the OK key. The display returns to the ready
screen, and the memory forwarding starts.
PBX Settings
Select PBX if you want to use your facsimile in Private
Branch EXchange(PBX)
1. Press the or key to select [415.PSTN/PBX].
2. Press the or key to select [PSTN] or [PBX] and
press the OK key. The display returns to the ready
screen.
ECM
Determines if ECM communication is used or not.
1. Press the or key to select [416.Fax Main.].
2. Press the or key to select [ECM] and press the
OK key.
3. Press the or key to select [ECM:Off] or
[ECM:On] and press the OK key.
The display returns to the ready screen.
Tx Speed
Selects the starting speed on FAX transmission.
1. Press the or key to select [416.Fax Main.].
2. Press the or key to select [Tx Speed] and
press the OK key.
3. Press the or key to select the item and press
the OK key.
