question. BadgePass will pass on the contact details of your nearest BadgePass dealer. When calling a BadgePass dealer, you do need to be close to your computer and ready to
provide the following information:

Your printer model and serial number
2.
The configuration and operating system that you are using
3.
A description of the incident that has occurred
4.
A description of the steps that you have taken to resolve the problem.
