Press license-plate lamp 1 into
light housing.
Replacing LED turn
indicator
with LED turn indicators
LED turn indicators can be
completely replaced only.
Please contact a specialist
service facility for this purpose,
preferably an authorized
BMW Motorrad retailer.
Diode tail light
If more LEDs in the tail light have
failed than are specified below,
the tail light must be replaced. In
this case:

facility, preferably an authorized
BMW Motorrad retailer.

Fuses
OE
Removing fuse
If defective fuses are
bridged, this results in a
danger of short-circuit and thus a
danger of fire.
Replace defective fuses with new
fuses.
Switch off ignition.
Make sure ground is level and
firm and park motorcycle.
Removing passenger seat
(
60).
Press together locking lever
and remove cover of fuse
box 1.
To replace main fuse, remove
cover 2 from relay box.
Pull defective fuse upward out
of fuse box.
If the fuses blow frequently,
have the electrical system
checked by an authorized spe-
cialized workshop, preferably
an authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer.
