Counter specifications (Spot color only)
Spot color 1
Definition Total number of prints in
combination of spot color and
other colors
Count method: The number of print media is counted up when each job is finished.
A4-basis or size The value is counted on an A4/Letter basis. Refer to A4 / Letter
independence conversion table (on the next page).
Dealing when paper If paper jams occur before passing the fuser is recovery. Therefore
has jammed the printed pages are not counted.The printed pages are counted if
paper jams occur after passing the fuser.
Dealing for Duplex The count is increased by two.
printing In the case of the printing of both-side are used the Spot color 1
or the Spot color 2 in Duplex printing, the printing number for each
categories is increased by two.
On the other hand, in the case of the printing of one-side is used
the Spot color 1 or the Spot color 2 in Duplex printing, the printing
nunber for each categories is increased by one. After all, in the case
of the each pages is printed by different Spot color number in Duplex
printing, the printing number in the target category is increased by
one.
