3 Operating / Set-up Instructions
3.1

Powering Up The Ntegra

Connect the mains lead to the socket at the rear of the Ntegra.
Plug the Ntegra's power lead into the AC electrical supply socket and switch on
the supply. Press the on / off switch to power-up the Ntegra.
The Ntegra will power up, briefly show the 'boot-up' firmware screen and
complete a self test routine while the Talaris logo is being displayed. This will take
about 10 seconds.
The machine will then automatically configure to the last operating settings that
were previously used.
3.2

Stacker Pocket Indicator Light

The stacker pocket has a red indicator light on the right-hand side. The indicator
will illuminate when the first note of a count arrives in the stacker pocket, and will
remain lit until all the notes are removed from the stacker.
This indicator provides an additional visual cue to the User that notes remain in
the stacker.
3.3

Hot Key Functions

The Ntegra navigation key may be used as a 'hot key' to quickly change counting
modes, currency, denomination ( when in single denomination mode ), and view
the results of the count or reject reason.
3.3.1

Counting Mode

Press the "UP" navigation key to step through the available ( Ntegra model
dependant ) counting modes:
Count
Mixed
Single
Face
Orient
Serial
Fit
Bar
