The Idle screen appears when the Deskset has power and no activity.

New Missed Calls
Number of new calls whose call
information has not been reviewed.
The Deskset displays status indicators in the upper right-hand corner of the Idle screen.

FWD
Call Forward All is on
ANS
Auto Answer is on
DND
Do Not Disturb is on
Voicemail is full
