Metadata Input Port
9-pin female D-connector with full-duplex RS-485 protocol running at 115 kbps. Pinout
is compatible with SMPTE 207M. Pin-for-pin compatible with Dolby metadata sources
(i.e. straight-through cable should be used.
Ethernet Port
Standard RJ-45 female connector that supports 100 or 1000BASE-T.
GPI/O Parallel Control Port
TTL level controls, active Low. GPI A and B are held low to activate their assigned func-
tion, while GPI 1-6 require momentary contact to ground to activate their functions. The
5-V output for external GPO indicators is limited by a self-resetting fuse.
