First line of support:
Your first line for support is the 2Touch Authorised Dealer which supplied your
2Touch board. A complete list of all 2Touch Authorised Dealers and their
contact details is available from www.twotouch.com.
Second line of support:
Where dealers are unable to assist, technical support for 2Touch IWB
hardware and installations may next be obtained by telephone or email from
the national manufacturer & distributors, as follows:

Before calling:
When calling for support, regardless of the nature of the issue remember that
no support can be provided without the serial number of the affected 2Touch
interactive whiteboard. Please ensure therefore that you have the serial
number of the affected 2Touch board to hand before you call. This will allow
the technician taking your call to access that unit's factory history and any
records available, and will also enable the call to be logged and any actions
arising to be assigned.
Software support:
Software support for 2Touch Workbook and Wordwall is available directly
from the software author by email only: support@twotouch.com.
